There is a 30km distance between the DML plant and the CC ore body. I cant see DML management not suggesting a Toll agreement to CC. The Botswana Government will ultimately act to protect the mine as they have in the past. Note the Tati Nickel mine now picked up by BCL who is the government mining company. I personally hope a rabbit is pulled out of the hat by the administrators and the mine is returned to the Directors. I cant see why CP wouldn't see the value in the company and either go through with a similar deal or make a new offer. The value in the company (resources and exploration ground) that encouraged them to make the original offer has not changed.
