    Looked into this shell, 19m shares Plus the 6m to be issued with this placement, 20c, real cheap placement that is, but thats all they have as far as I can see. 25m shares and $1.35m in the bank, nothing else, sure shell appears clean, but they have had other deals fall over I see. Germans must be either good or wot?
