I agree it smelt like a Capital Raising on the cards especially the option dump if they were going to reissue fresh ops with maybe a lower ex price ? - the options as they are were all issued as free attaching.
I never really bought the "sufficient for at least 2 years" line 14 months ago with the RI but who knows - cash is actually not that bad with $4.2M as at January 1 & standard burn around $1.5M Q unless they have some big ticket expenditure item I can't really see a need to bankroll. Phenotypic Screening maybe with the patent finally issued ? ?
If I was going to guess though i'd say just a frustrated shareholder exiting seems to be a bit of "same old, seen this before"
