True the risk side is they use the cash then the sp has no cash backing to fall back on as valuation.
Its a tricky one they acquire someone else or something and gain those extra sales numbers but at the same time deplete the cash though when the sales come in the cash should build up quicker. Won't know till they tell us. In that scenario we will require a bit more trust that it all pans out ok in the longer term.
