Have you been dreaming? Any potential buyer is not going to offer anywhere near enough to cover existing debt, plus interest and then leave some for investors.
If by some chance there was a recapitalisation and it did come back on the board your equity will be diluted substantially.
I think you need to lower your expectations so you are not disappointed. In fact, just write off the investment and if something half decent comes of it can at least you can be surprised.
