Time for CC or CP to show real faith in DML is 'NOW', and that's what I believe is the prime purpose of VA being called (I agree that I have alleged DML done this in their own interests before!).
IMO there is a war to acquire DML, probably not at the expense of its SH.....I have been wrong before and I could be wrong again, but this perspective is also viable
