That 23 percent margin is doing my head in. They are still saying that they got a margin improvement through their agreement with Telstra, but also that their 23 percent margin is going to be maintained.

But they don't acknowledge at all the drop of 2 percent. How can they make this claim of a margin improvement?

I just don't get it.
