I am still trying to work out why today was such a fizz.
I think the analyst note tells us part of the problem. They are not recommending it to their clients.
We need some of the banks / fund managers to come in for the div to knock this forward a few cents and then it might get moving.
Although the NTA and operational performance etc make this company worth a lot more than 10 cents (more like 60 plus), the market at the moment is yield focused and the small to midly resources are out of favour.
Based on yield alone (and the expectation of a 1 cent div in the next six months), 20 - 25 cents is a reasonable target.
This has probably been mentioned before but I brought into Perilya when it was cheap as I had a hunch with a majority ~ 60% Chinese owner that it would be taken over.
Have brought and sold GRR a couple of times in the past for profit, but brought in again recently using same logic as above. This company simply can't stay around current share price.
IMO etc
