Md I have been answering this question for days now. I could be wrong, but there is no overlap. The JVA appointed Heathgate as manager, which continued after Quasar's assignment, and the JVA appointed Heathgate as Alliance's agents for the sales and marketing of the product. IMO the two roles are entirely different at law.

There seems little point trying to keep muddying the waters on this front on your part. If this principle is lost in the court case, Alliance will be left with absolutely no power to determine its own destiny, other than to wait for a new low ball offer that is now no longer guaranteed to come. Just a matter of sitting back crossing ones fingers and toes and hoping that Alliance now hold the key to some level of self determination into the future. How they use this new found power if they do win will be interesting to watch. Let's hope that they use it wisely.
