Expanding an external customer base can only happen with regulatory approval. If I recall correctly, CardioCel was only approved for use in Singapore in November 2014. This is a good foot in the door of the potentially vast Asian market.
Agree that securing another cornerstone investor may be the best way out of this bloodbath. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but capital raising on a decreasing share price does not seem like a wise strategy.
Anyway, dug this up regarding how the Adapt process used to fabricate Cardiocel can be expanded to other tissue types.
