    Mosman needs to reach 90% of all Meo shares to compulsory take UR shares....otherwise they simply become another shareholder.....this is the only way that Mosman can take UR share without UR authority...

    To sell Mosman share U would need to be able to trade on the AIM...via a broker which participates in AIM...the real issues is..

    AIM price of Mosman...need to also consider its liquidty and supply/demand for Mosman shares

    The foriegn exchange rate at time of trades...Oz v English pound
    Tax treatment when U do UR tax return would be more complex because is deemed foriegn income.

    If Meo share holders do nuffin...then nuffin happens...
