Alliance Resources Limited (Alliance) advises that its wholly owned subsidiary, Alliance Craton Explorer Pty Ltd (ACE), this morning terminated Quasar Resources Pty Ltd's (Quasar) appointment as sales and marketing agent of ACE's share of Four Mile product and instituted proceedings in the Supreme Court of South Australia seeking a declaration that the termination is valid and orders that ACE's share of product be delivered up to ACE.

I cant work out the 12/11/2014 ASX Announcement above. I was always under the impression that Heathgate were the Sales and Marketing Agent.

The announcement states Quasar. Who is what?

There maybe a tangled mess/web here between the interaction of Heathgate and Quasar. imo

I hope Alliance's Legals can come out on top.

Hopefully more will be revealed at the end date of the next legal Action than was forth coming with the M&D C Matter.

Another loss for AGS and its curtains for me. imo
