I haven't been following HC for sometime. Not much has changed: optimists v pessimists ( or the disillusioned perhaps)?
I cant see how ARTIMIIST wont be accepted as a standard pre referral treatment by the WHO, etc. The red tape to get this to market is driving us all to distraction!! but I believe it will be sold, hopefully as a trade sale, before the end of June. The question is " how much is ARTIMIST worth to a major pharma?" after years of investment and millions of $$$ spent on development and testing there must be an inherent value? not withstanding the life saving properties in African children.
So how much are we talking? $1 mill; 2 mill; 20 mill or 100 mill? Major pharma may not be super interested cause of a low profit potential; but the WHO, NGOs will hopefully have an input? So a deal before the winter solstice is, I believe, very possible.
Once this happens the coffers will hopefully be much fuller than now and Westcoasts balance sheet will matter little. If this occurs the SP will respond accordingly, and WE will also be all a lot merrier.
I also think there could be a deal for one of SUD 000( ?) before June 30 as well. That would really warm the cockles for winter. Who could buy is anyones guess, but PFIZER have been making some huge acquisitions lately($billions), some of which are advanced varying delivery methods to cover their loss of patent exclusiveity. With the *word disallowed by google relationship of OROMIST as a good fit maybe this will encourage them? I think a surprise may also come from INDIAN pharmas as well? They have watching ARTIMIST closely for many years I believe, so lets see.
Whatever happens SUDA will increase its SP by way of deals. The only question is when and by how much?
