I think the issue is Simple - Tap is fully drawn and doesn't have money for further drilling let alone funding cost over runs . The fear is perhaps a capital raising it a forced sell of some other assets . In my view TAP are too blame for not hedging prod to cover cash flow for debt repayments . They have a lot of debt and unfortunately are reaching peak production at the worst time . Within a few months production will start to decline and some development drilling will be required
