Targets are easy to set, harder to achieve. Cast your mind back the CLQ (Associated Water targets). I recall $20m targets, results after 3 years, $0, and that is after, building a demo/pilot plant.

Likely success of CLQ, unknown.
CLQ needs to raise a lot of cash, I am talking $50m+ to be even close to becoming a contender in this market. May happen, and hopefully, each consecutive raise will be at higher prices, but this is not in the bag, not for a while. PF also needs to be taken with a grain of salt, he's known to be a sprier and SR does not appear any better.
