The LSI funding "will be used to fund the staged acquisition of Grafex Lda; the continued exploration and development of the Nicanda Hill resource and working capital purposes". ASX Announcement 2 Feb 2015 Section 708A Cleansing Notice.

The LSI deal provides the company with certainty and security of funding for 2 years irrespective of current market conditions.

"Triton has obtained the LSI Facility to provide the Company certainty and security in being able to fund its current and future activities.
