hi all,
it's better in the long term to raise funds via a placement to new or existing instos rather than to us smaller holders as it's cheaper and quicker for the co, and the shares generally go into the hands of someone that is likely to hold them mid term rather than flip them in the s/t for a stag profit thus not putting any s/t downward pressure on the sp. all IMHO. it doesn't change my long term view of where the sp is going.
