The current constructions boom will soon take care of that Fadi IMO..seems to be record building in every state at a time when population growth is turning..have any of you done an analysis for your respective states/cities as to how many dwellings are required to satisfy new population? Does past completion levels sufficient for the volume of new residents, what will the construction boom result in?
