Share prices move because of all sorts of market conditions but the underlying basis of a share price is determined by a companies fundamentals or it's financial health. Directors have a large influence on this. That's why I used the "captain of ship" analogy. Captains can't be responsible for events beyond their control but they are the drivers and they are responsible for things they can control. ATM we are sailing with a piece of coral in our hull IMO.
