I have serious contacts and have been advised that it is a group of people who back RTL doiing round robins
to keep any movement down.

I have asked the ASX to look at this trading and I know ETA have asubmission to the ACCC and are taking action in the FEderal Court on the name Ritract.

Ritract have claimed that Retracta (EMS Product) name is a derivitive of Ritract as they named and used it December 2003.

First to use owns, look at EMS prospectus November 2001 and they were using it then, ETA tell me they had used it in 1994 before they assigned to EMS.

Just read my post on this mob and they are for worse than the UNI guys.
