I had several problems with Telstra service in the past 10 months or so. Internet and mobile. Internet, they accepted the cancellation of my contract as I requested, due to their failures in providing a proper service.
Several problems with their mobile billing, the last one I told them after my failed negotiation with them, you can take me to court, I am terminating my contract with you and you do what you like......I haven't heard from them again since Decemberand & no further request to pay my bill over $200.00
