Summary
We are looking for an ADP-experienced Payroll and HR Benefits Administrator who will work with a high amount of integrity and energy to manage the complete life cycle of US offer letters, payroll, benefits administration, and general invoice processing to help our organization grow! We want someone who is a detail fanatic and a doer, will roll up their sleeves and get stuff done!
You'll report to the Commercial Finance Manager in Fairfax (who is a lot of fun) and also to the Chief People Officer in San Francisco (who can be pretty funny even when she's not trying).
The Opportunity
We're a Austrailian public company with 75+ employees. We're now rapidly scaling up a US team. We want people who can do, will do, and are a great fit in our fast-moving company. We have almost a dozen employees around the US and will look to double or triple in the coming year. You'll have interaction with all levels of the Company and we want you to view the employees as your customer. ADP experience is a must, in fact, we want an expert in ADP Payroll, HRB, and Time and Attendance. We'll help you grow your career as you help us grow the business.
Desired Skills and Experience
Expert Level, hands-on experience with ADP Payroll and US Benefits Administration
BA/BS Degree in Business Adminstration, Finance, or Human Resources Management preferred
3+ years of direct responsibility for Payroll and Benefits Administration
Must live locally in or near Fairfax - candidates outside of the area will not be considered
Must have desire to assist in a generalist capacity within HR and Finance where needed
Smart but humble, funny but takes work tasks seriously and with unwavering confidentiality
