That's a misrepresentation. You cannot use the statewide primary vote to apportion seats. The important and only relevant fact is that the LNP won the primary vote in 51 seats. That's how many seats the LNP should have in the parliament. The reality is that preferential voting only benefits 2 parties, Labor and the Greens.
