    my tip is the JoBurg Exchange.

    Mandela and former cheif of Industrial Development Bank of South Africa. makes sense, they will need a heap of money to go to 100.0 ml production. That is what is mooted for African demand soonest.

    I see a tender out in Africa for 129.0 ml safe needles right now.

    I bet these guys are in on this somehow but they play close to the chest for obvious reasons.
