    I wonder what process the 2-man board (which includes the MD) went through approving the MD's pay rise to $750,000. I note Dan Lougher from WSA is on a base salary of $730,000, Peter Harold from PAN is on $550,000 and David Moore from MCR is on $575,000. I presume industry benchmarking wasn't part of the process.
