Yes OCKA I totally agree. I just believe the current situation with IO is not as clear cut as it seems. There are too many variables which can influence the price spectrum at anytime for IO. We are in a perfect storm for IO at the moment and i believe the price will turn by the end of March. This is all my own opinion.DYOR.
