It's funny. This is exactly the argument i was putting forth last year around February-June when the SP started to slip. Everyone was talking about Shorting and HFT or big funds playing games. The market might not be rational 100% of the time, but it can act like it in bouts. Pulling your money out of one stock because growth isn't going anywhere in the short term can be an huge advantage if you find another stock with great short term performance. That's why the Stock price has suffered. It always has been. The SP overshot - market acted irrationally - then it caught it's self out and started to correct.

The SP is a result of the growth prospects and the time to get that growth. The bigger the growth, the larger the SP, the longer time to grow the organisation, the smaller the SP. Sometimes the market can focus too much or not enough on one of those metrics.

We could see another 3-6 months of inaction in the SP. That doesn't bother me, although i am considering selling a portion of my holding to fund another investment, I just have to weigh up the potential upside of this other investment to justify it, because i know MBE's upside quite well.
