2 possibilities at the moment as I see it..
shougang go ahead.. pellet plant as a priority utilising ore from 3rd parties.. agreement on magnetite wa.. on a staged basis allowing for an eventual lock in on a fixed cost contract basis as costs stabilise (this may occur sooner than you think.. constrction costs in QLD are already flattening out)
second possibility is something out of left field.. possibiliy corporate maybe including RMI and other midwest entities leading to a sizable "competitor" to BHP/Rio etc with more credibility than forrest's FMG.
either way very intersting times for MGX.
(btw shaws currently value magnetite/pellet plant at $1. )
