    BUC,

Neither BLR nor Glasier were legally required to announce Glasier stopped being a consultant when Simpson died and Haynes took over the reins. A simple call or email to many people would have told you this. Just because Glasier was announced publicly as a consultant does not mean when he stopped working as a consultant , it has to be announced, especially if he was not paid.

Unless you have 700,000,000 shares, you will not be able to stop the merger from happening. About 45-50% of shareholders already agreed, being the top 2 shareholders and management. Judging from all the recent volume, another 3% is voting for it. STB and NZ will also vote for it. Many here have also said they are voting for it, while 4-5 said they won't. Now everyone knows from the top 20 list, based on what I said, the 4-5 dissenters on this forum do not have enough shares to block it. I would be surprised if the 4-5 dissenters have more than 100,000,000 shares in total. And the reality is those not supporting the deal are selling out to those that want the deal to succeed.

My guess is once a few more people contact and speak to Glasier, they will report back that the WU group is one we should align ourselves with, just like Ulti said.

But BUC, because you can not block the merger, you should sell because the combined WU-BLR group does not need negative shareholders holding the new company back.
