    I don't have time to look into it at the moment. Isn't that a 60/40 profit sharing arrangement? not a revenue split? I'm not sure... It pretty much has to be a Profit split?

    I guess my point was whatever this winds up being, it can't be lower than it is now. If they get into production even at the 40%. It would make this massively more valuable.
