Don't forget the added 'stealth' that, although this wholly owned subsidiary of the company was originally registered as 'OBJ Transdermal Vaccines Pty Ltd' on 4 December 2006, it changed its name (without explanation) to 'Field in Motion Pty Ltd' on 30 April 2010 which is the company name we see mentioned in the annual report each year. See the ASIC extract.
So has Pfizer been working with OBJ on vaccine patches since 2006? In early 2010 did OBJ, at Pfizer's request, change this wholly owned subsidiary's name to maximize its confidentiality obligations with Pfizer (we don't want to advertise the fact that we're researching into vaccines because Pfizer wants it to be top secret)? A nice theory that would suit my and other shareholders' interests for sure!
