For once why don't you shut your mouth and stop being the shareholders advocate. I don't care what you do with Glasier and how much you get paid by him. Get this in your thick head, you are not the shareholders attorney so crawl back to the hole you came from. A donkey can't lead horse to drink. Who the hell do you think you are to advise the shareholders what to do. Your colour is out and everyone knows who pays you and why.
When the voting time comes you may get a big surprise and so will your opportunistic boss....
