I am flabbergasted at your perception of arrogance coupled with your self imposed title of shareholders voice. I don't care what you do with your vote, you can not stop the deal from being successful. You are not the shareholders attorney, because if you were legally inclined, you would understand what is at play here. Who the hell are you to have the balls to speak like you represent shareholders? You do not represent me and I am a shareholder. I do not advise, I highlight the pro and con of the deal, which has all PRO. If you vote no, you are the con of the deal ,not me.
