D the release is completely out of PLS's control so people just have to sit tight. It's tough but these Gov. departments aren't to concerned about a few shareholders with ants in their pants.
As for the drop this morning, it was a couple of holders selling out for whatever reason. I watched an 800,000 placed at 4.5 just before the cascade to 4, where incidentally I got a few at 4.1. Shortly afterward the 800k was pulled.
