    Hi all

I was going to refrain from commenting on the upcoming AGM and the associated resolutions but I've had enough time to research and investigate why some of these resolutions are being proposed at this stage in time.

Firstly I will clearly state that I am voting YES to these resolutions and I'll give my reasons below but please understand this is purely my opinion and beliefs , what anyone else chooses to do is obviously based on their own financial position. If you vote yes or no make sure it is YOUR vote and not because of some outside influence. I will only comment on the main resolutions.

    1. The big one that a lot of share holders seem to have a problem with , myself included when I first read the notice......... the big bad consolidation. My first reaction was it's too early to do it but now that I've had time to think about it, I understand Ryan's logic and reasoning. No doubt we have a lot of major players out there who won't touch us as long as we have close to 4 billion shares on offer, take this impediment away and you give them good reason to jump in ( assuming appeal win obviously) and they will. We are not an exploration company, we are a junior miner with a known asset which seems to be getting bigger with every release of drilling results. So once the appeal is gone , investing in Axiom is a no brainer and it will happen in a hurry. Ryan is trying to throw fuel for the fire that will be lit once the appeal is dusted. Ryan has done everything he said he would do to date and I find no reason to suddenly not trust that he will continue to do so.

    2. Ryan' dad been given shares to compensate him for the loss he suffered when forced to sell his holding at a discounted price through no fault of his own. Morally this to me is necessary, his dad stumped up cash when we needed it and to be forced to sell at a discount because of ASX rule breach by AVQ is not something he should be having to wear.

    3. Ryan's salary. I've heard lots of rumblings about this which I believe is unfair. He has had to do the work of several people for quite sometime now and he has put his life on hold whilst doing this. Yes I understand peoples reaction but without him we would not be in this position and we need him now more than ever. Do you not think there would be companies out there with their eye on poaching him because of his relationship with landowners and the sterling job he has done in defeating a corporation like SMM. If suddenly he was to announce he is leaving for more money what would people's reaction be then.......have a long think about that, lot's of unhappy , pissed off campers no doubt. So he deserves to be paid accordingly.

    4. Performance share issue. See point 3. We need him and we need to make sure he is compensated accordingly, in a years time when we are in production and our share price is very healthy would the same people complaining now still be complaining , I doubt it. The richer he becomes the richer we become, our fortunes are tied to his, so he gets my yes vote.

Happy for people to debate the pros and cons of what I have written however I won't be responding but I am happy and comfortable in my decision. See some of you at the AGM, if you are there come and say hello.
