As usual an excellent and sensible post. I agree that CNE is VERY focussed on Senegal and very excited about the potential for further discoveries. I like the way they are already looking at the viable size of tie-back discoveries to SNE which means they are quite confident of making further significant shelf discoveries ... and there are lots of prospects.
I note that in slide 17 in addition to the many prospecst in the Sangomar Deep block there is also a very large to the east that is mostly in the Sangomar Offshore block. I don't rmember seeing that one before. They may be intending to do the 3D there to better define it.
Yes we need to now relax and wait for May 11 and then Sept/Oct when the appraisal starts.
