I suppose in just CHD more sales may stem from Asia where the populations of Europe and the USA combined are dwarfed. Also in Asia there is a very high incidence of CHD in their birthrates and a huge population of adults suffering from untreated CHD. Whilst the availability of hospitals and medical practitioners able to deliver advanced CHD treatments in a fairly poor population may temper sales expectations in Asia, the trend in advanced medical care for chinese for example is reported and forcast as strongly upwards.
The infiltration of cardiocel into china announced today is thus exceptionally significant news and AZH investors will hopefully look back on todays announcement for many years to come.
