Well going to court was a bit silly wasn't it. That just meant more delays and less money to pay.
However if they don't go ahead then the creditors get nothing. Probably best they work it out if they want their money. Maybe it's time to sell you shares, I will buy em for .003c..
Here's a rule of business,
Don't try to put people who owe you money out of business.
