UBS Manipulating YOW ?, page-17

I would still like to know how UBS get away with selling like that, it is blatant manipulation

I hold a fairly decent sized parcel of YOW. I am positive that if I sat all day selling 5-10 shares directly into the bid after someone hits the offer, regardless of the spread or the fact it is a new daily low, I could seriously influence the stock

Why are they permitted to do so ?

They could have sold the entire parcel of 2,334 into 60c first thing in the morning. What justification do they have selling it spread out over 46 trades through the day ?

It is an absolute farce

I wonder who was also using those fictitious sell orders in the pre-open the other day to make a false match of 51c just seconds before the close ? Perhaps the same party who left a 600k offer in screen for weeks and continued to move it up, but never let it get hit ?

Perhaps they think we are blind to it, or simply don't care
