Yes I guess that's reasonable to want clarification on statements made at presentations/conferences. Companies do also use news services to deliver non price sensitive information as well. But, your post I was replying to was asking for a lot more than that.
You wanted definite dates on funding and guarantees given. They were your words. There would not be one CEO on the Planet that would supply you with those things, because they simply can't.
They can offer timelines, but as per the disclaimers, these dates are not guarantees.
All I'm doing is pointing out that you won't get what you were asking for in that post.
To be honest I can understand why your emails haven't been replied to. In the end, you are a small share holder who is firing off numerous emails that, if they contain the same sorts of comments as your posts here, would be a little hard for a person with the experience, knowledge and understanding of the IO industry a CEO would have, to try and reply to.
You are a heavily emotionally attached shareholder who sees himself as having his 'reputation on the line,' and are becoming more and more frustrated by the position the company finds itself in.
You want to have far more influence on the strategic direction of the company and access to the decision makers than your shareholding (and abilities/knowledge/experience) should allow you.
As a small retail holder (like pretty much all of us are), IMO you have to realize that you are not going to be able to influence strategic direction, you are simply going along for the ride. If you don't have any confidence in the board and management, you need to question whether holding is the best thing to be doing because the board and management are driving the ship.
Good luck!
