kiwihiker - you really should get to understand the circumstances under which takeovers occur, your suggestion that any company would ever consider a takeover prior to it being established what the target might be worth, is, well ------ you can fill in the blanks.....
as for ST direction, it has to be sideways for me, I agree with Seuss, a poor close - but no distribution yet the volumes aren't big enough IMO.
