Not to be rude but what part of the definition of DIVERGE to you not understand? This is the legal requirement for release to shareholders. The phrase 'seek a resolution' is also a key point. But It is irrelevant if one member Coates was replaced by another member Branch as the registered agent. You are looking for an ablation unicorn.
