This 1165 (or so) level will an interesting watch overnight. Last week my guru's data showed smart money selling lightly at 1165. If they let it break through this level, perhaps the fed will keep the word "patience" later this week. If 1165 gets strongly rejected here by smart money, I think we can expect "patience" to be removed and gold could make a new multiyear low. Will report in tomorrow if any guru data changes overnight.
Get the feeling this fed meeting could be one of the bigger market movers of the last year or so. I'm on the fence as to which way it will go.
