In my opinion, this is a good company, the CEO has been working in this company since 1993, and he started working in the company from the basic. He knew this company very well and he has faith on the company that’s why he never left. Also, the founder Denis Criddle is still on board, if they r not serious about the business, they would leave already, so I have faith on their work.
The balance sheet is very strong with enough cash, the revenues and NPT improve consistently in the last 7-10 years, only couple of years had dropped the numbers, but, eventually, they r back to the right track again. Warren Buffett said: I can’t and I don’t want to predict future, I am only interested in buying the companies which have improving consistently in the last 10 or 15 years. He also said: good quality manager team is very important to company.
Managers are noticed the resource sector boom at an end now. So they r trying to steer the direction to other sector, such as infrastructure and civil. Also, at beginning of this year, the company has spent some money to buy their share back to protect investors’ benefit. I can see they r working hard in shareholder’s best interest. I have no doubt on them. And, right now, the SP is so cheap, I will keep buying on the cheap price for a such good company.
