I think we can summarise the above by saying that they already have enough data (even though analysis is still on going) to know that both CNE and FAN are monsters and the closest they can describe it is to compare it with Jubilee, although better technically.
On that basis, we can count on an upgrade of both discoveries and FAN (although on the back burner) is not a write down, as some people here suggested, just because it is complex.
