Worst case scenario it delists and you migrate your shares to the US. US and AUS have capital gains tax treaties anyhow, so the tax situation is worked out using AUS rules, as though you are invested in Australia.

It's not really a big deal no matter which way it goes.

I can promise you, if this does what we think it will on US listing. You're not going to be worried about where your shares are, you'll be more worried about how to spend your massive gains.
