FYI, I wanted to participate in the trial, I don't live in QLD, but I offered to fly up to Brisbane numerous times per year and unfortunately the commitment was just too much once I saw the requirements.

They estimate 1 in 7 adults have it in Australia and even more people have it in North America.

I'd pay literally tens of thousands of dollars out of my own pocket for a cure. Having to tell prospective partners really takes the steam out of things.

Don't under estimate what a cure would mean to many millions of people around the world.

For me price is almost irrelevant, I believe that this is the best opportunity for a cure with a proven world leader heading up the research, if I can make some money out if it, all the better.
