They won't be buying back, they are trying to survive.
If they get nothing from Samsung, what happens?
This will determine where they go in the short term. I can't be bothered looking it up, so I am hoping someone can answer.
So march 31, 2015 they say Samsung are not paying, we aren't going to bother with litigation, we are moving on. What happens financially?
