You mean, let's get back to talking about only the sweet, syrupy things you want to hear about the stock?

I happen to think that Teva - in direct relation to MSB - is THE most important issue for the stock.

Having read through just about every publication and financial release issued by Teva over the past four years (have you bothered to do so? Have you bothered to read about what has happened to Teva over the past 4 years, what strategic flux the company is undergoing, what Teva says about its partnership with MSB, how it refers to MSB and how it accounts for MSB in its financial statements? Have you done any of these?), I harbour a view that Teva is not the right partner for MSB.

You can dismiss this as scaremongering all you like, but if Teva were to walk away after the interim analysis stage of the heart trials, what impact do you think that would have on MSB's market value? Who would absorb the $200m of stock Teva would probably seek to divest?

To me that is the defining conversation that needs to take place among MSB shareholders. The potential downside is significant, I expect, yet not one MSB holder has been able to point to anything that might address this.

All that has been said about this is, "Mate, stop worrying about it. Of course Teva is there for the long haul. It's obvious and its logical."

But if you want to bury your head in the sand, then its clearly a matter for you.
