My whole point is that waiting could be very counter productive and cost us the actual deal , which I think could be a very good one .

I think and there must be some of you who agree that we are at an all time low and going lower still . Nothing is helping our cause , news isn't increasing the SP or interest in buying MEO. If we were not already holding would you buy in now ? Especially with no buy out in the offering at a premium .

Waiting on improved terms is something we could do but think of it this way . The sooner we agree to Mosmans proposal we will have Mosman shares , the UK market will eat this up and the price will increase a great deal . How much of course we don't know but from what I've seen on the Mosman share growth on good news it could be huge . After that I'm very sure they will progress the low cost operations and again a SP increase will go . They were trading a short while ago at nearly 10 times the current price . They are back to their IPO price .

We can create improved terms ourselves sooner than later , all waiting can do is further drive our price down as it is and give them an opportunity to improve and risk pulling the deal . This is why I am saying that agreeing now is a good thing

Read their news lists . They have new permits coming into effect on April 1st and they are talking about farm partners on various projects . They will not sit still and hope . They have come at us and still with the letters we have received are on the attack .

We have no immediate action in place hence why we are still on the water slide . Ask yourself if we still fall , and Mosman go away on their own accord where will we go ? We can't fund without a hummingbird of a placing which will take us even further down as it will not be at a premium. And us curent holders will suffer more .

Ego needs to be removed here and a future for our money I really think is better combined with Mosman . I see growth very quickly .

To the posters who just shouted me down without any discussion please ignore my post , I don't want to engage in that kind of dialogue . Please discuss though if what I have said is relevant or not in your opinion .
